With our checking service, we'll apply for your remortgage up to 6-months before it's due for renewal. Whenever you instruct us to check the rates, we will & if a better rate becomes available we'll switch you over free of charge.

Complete a short form and you'll be invited to book a call with one of our expert mortgage advisors at a time that suits you. We're open 7-days a week, as well as late nights on weekdays, and appointments are typically available same day.
Your dedicated advisor will go through the necessary qualifications and prepare a mortgage recommendation with a lender. To do this, they'll assess over 100 lenders & 20,000 mortgage products. Once you're happy, they'll submit a Decision in Principle.
Your advisor will make a full application to the lender and oversee any further discussions. Plus if you opt into our rate checking service, we'll reapply for you if you find a better rate with any product you're eligible for before your remortgage completes.
If you're moving to a new lender, we'll liaise with them to get your property valued, and work with your solicitors to set up the transfer of the mortgage. Once that's done, your new remortgage will complete, and you can get back to enjoying your home.
