Referring to Tembo is simple, fast and you can trust that your client will get a five star experience from our expert team.
Chat to our partnership team
To get started, you'll have an introductory call with a member of our partnership team. They'll explain the ins and outs of our referral process, and give you a chance to ask any burning questions you might have.
Get a referral form
We'll send across our simple referral form for you to complete. You can then immediately book your customers in with one of our affordability-boosting experts to talk through their options.
Advice from the experts
Our award-winning team will handle the advice process. You'll have access to real-time reporting on your customer's progress, so you can see how they are getting on at every step.
Get your commission!
When our brokers make successful contact with the customer, we'll pay you £50. Then once the customer completes, you'll receive 25% of the total case value. Settlements are made monthly.

Terms & Conditions
Customers must be new to Tembo and must be open to exploring alternative solutions.
Referrer must have permission from the customer to be referred to Tembo and confirm with them an appointment time.
A customer is deemed 'referred’ once the appointment with Tembo is booked. By referring your customer to Tembo you agree to cease your relationship with that customer from the point of referral.
If the referred customer meets the requirements above they are eligible for commission. When Tembo make successful contact with the customer, Tembo will pay the referrer £25. If the customer completes on a mortgage Tembo will share 20% of the procuration fee received from the lender.
