What does home look like for you?
I was able to buy my first home due to the "bank of Dad". I had been renting for over 10 years, so I knew I was more than capable of paying a mortgage each month but didn’t have the deposit to help me get on the ladder. That’s where my Dad came in and gifted me a deposit. I have been in my new home for over 6 years now and my mortgage payments are less than what I was paying in rent, and have a place to call my own. So I know from personal experience how much the work we do at Tembo can change someone's life!
