Paul joined the Tembo team in 2022 to spearhead our award-winning team of mortgage and protection advisors, following previous experience scaling teams from 4 to 80. With established expertise in financial services, including the innovative home-seller Strike and one of the UK's biggest mortgage lenders, Paul is an expert at navigating the intricacies of the mortgage and home-buying journey. A values-driven leader, he is dedicated to making a meaningful impact and driving change, ensuring the Tembo team delivers holistic customer experiences - every time.

What does home look like for you?

"I'm a very proud girl-Dad. So without question, home for me is spending the weekend with my girls. Whether that's ferrying them about to swimming, jiu jitsu or friends' houses, family days out to watch Disney on Ice, or Italian-cooking lessons with my parents."
