As an FCA-regulated company, ensuring our internal processes are compliant with the latest policies and best practices is integral to Tembo. Ellie ensures everything we do is above board - from our marketing communications to the specialist advice our award-winning team provides. Joining Tembo in 2022, Ellie brought her experience from mortgage brokerage Better (previously Trussle) to ensure that as we go from strength to strength, we still deliver high standards of consumer communication and protection.

What does home look like for you?

"I bought a flat in south London with my sister a few years ago - it was the best decision I ever made! Now one of my favourite things to do is host my friends for a dinner party at home - think themed dress codes, table decorations, cocktails - and of course our dog Sonny being the star of the show.'
